MARK KLEINER
I’m Mark Kleiner, President of U.S. Health Source. I have a passion for helping people get the insurance card in their hands, so they can get quality treatment and avoid a financial burden like we went through.
I’ve also become frustrated in my 34 years in the insurance business with having to tell people they are declined, rated up or having to pay a higher premium due to pre-existing conditions.
For that reason, I started the health and wellness side of the business to help with prevention, motivation and accountability. Simply put, we want to be your trusted guide for all things health and wellness related! Don’t let your health come down to a financial decision.

NICHOLAS WELLS
I’m Nicholas "Nick" Wells, a licensed health insurance agent dedicated to helping people make smart, confident choices about their healthcare coverage. I take pride in making complex decisions feel simple and making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
I specialize in Medicare and early retirement planning, guiding clients through the process of transitioning into retirement and making sense of their Medicare options. I also work with individuals and families who don’t have insurance whether you’re between jobs, self-employed, or just unsure where to start, I’m here to help you find the right coverage for your needs and budget.

Hello! I’m Mikela Hines, a licensed health insurance agent focused on building strategic relationships at US Health Source.
With over a decade of experience in client-facing roles within the financial industry, I understand how closely health coverage and financial planning are connected. Collaborating closely with financial advisors to support the health insurance side of planning while strengthening their practices, ensuring clients’ financial strategies remain protected, aligned, and thoughtfully supported.

JA'VON ARMSTRONG
I’m Javon Armstrong, an Accounts Manager with over 10 years of experience in supporting clients across diverse industries and backgrounds. I understand how overlooked details can create frustration for the people who rely on services most. I advocate for clients by helping them reach their goals while assuring efficiency and accuracy in every process.
I’m committed to service and passionate about developing meaningful skills. Outside of work, I enjoy time with friends and exploring outdoor activities with my dog. I also enjoy traveling and volunteering, which have been both personally rewarding and valuable to my professional growth.

TIFFANY KLEINER
Hi, my name is Tiffany Kleiner. I am a loving wife and mother to two boys. I love spending time with family, taking hikes, and being outdoors. I was born and raised in Louisville, KY and am a graduate of the University of Louisville.
I have grown up in the insurance world, in fact, I am the 4th generation of Kleiner’s in the business. My father, Mark Kleiner has been in the insurance business for over 34 years now and I have been working beside him for 14 years. I am a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Broker who specializes in Medicare.
I am extremely passionate about each and every one of my clients. With my vast knowledge and years spent in the industry, I will be able to shop around for you and find the right plan to fit your needs and your budget.

AMY BASBAGILL
As a specialist in employee benefits, life insurance, business development and tax credits, I am driven to create highly tailored strategies for my clients. This means getting diagnostic so we don’t waste time and are able to be very specific in regards to attracting and retaining employees, increasing profitability and productivity and staying above the competition. By helping companies qualify for tax credits, I am able to assist clients in qualifying for the funding of many of these strategies as well as potential projects they have in mind. I’m happy to meet with employers an HR directors complimentary to identify where I can offer support.
When you meet me, you’ll see I am full of passion and drive to refresh and encourage those around me; always looking to add value. In my down time you can find me having dance parties with my beautiful children, doing yoga, riding horses or laughing with friends.
